EP Team was awarded the Digital Parking Sales & Management contract for the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 by England Rugby.
EP Team supplied its dedicated parking inventory management tool – Park-Live! providing parking management for key stakeholders and a white label parking sales platform to enable the advanced sale of public parking across 8 match venues during the course of the competition. EP Team also developed a bespoke Master Delivery Schedule Tool (MDS) housed in the Park-Live! Inventory management system to allow daily contractor deliveries to each of the 8 stadium venues, collecting their arrival data and allocating them a scheduled delivery slot ahead of time. The MDS system was developed to capture company name, VRN, vehicle type, driver / drivers mate name enabling the Women’s Rugby World Cup team to access reports and stats showing deliveries booked in, time slots scheduled and ‘scanned in records’ for those bookings across all 8 venues over an 8 week period in the run up to and during the course of the competition (for both match and non match day (BAU days).
EP Team managed parking bookings for all stakeholder groups as well as public parking for each of the 8 host stadiums for each match. Working closely with England Rugby, EP Team enabled the booking of parking spaces for staff, hospitality guests, contractors, media and tournament officials and set up a branded white label sales platform to pre-sell over 15,000 spaces to the public, providing them with bespoke maps and directions to their chosen parking site.
EP Team designed and delivered over 180 bespoke parking maps with directional routing information for advanced bookers of standard, coach and accessible parking as well as park & ride sites, supporting incumbent staff at each stadium to scan in pre-booked vehicles and verify their bookings using Park-Live! for each match day.
At the end of the contract, EP Team were able to provide England Rugby with accurate figures on parking revenue, number of parking spaces allocated to specific user groups, number of vehicles scanned into each parking area as well as vehicle arrival profiles across all venues for each match day.
