We have developed our new Training Hub which is designed to upskill our existing workforce while also offering high-quality training opportunities to external businesses and individuals.
We’re currently able to provide a wide range of professional courses, including a full suite of Lantra and Highfields accredited programmes, which include:
- L2 & L3 Spectator Safety
- L2 Security Guarding, Door Supervisor & CCTV
- L2 Health & Safety
- First Aid training (Various Levels)
- Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS)
- Temporary Traffic Management (Basic Course)
- 12 AB (High Speed Motorways/Dual Carriageways)
- 12C (Mobile Lane Closures)
- 12D (Low Speed Roads)
The Training Hub offers free parking and accessible facilities, and is conveniently situated just off junction 18 of the M1.

SAM DARLINGTON
TRAINING & QA OPERATIONS MANAGER
With a security career spanning the late 90s to today, Sam now Specialises in crowd management. He has served as Safety Officer at major UK and international events, including the Olympics and FIFA World Cups, and now focuses on staff training, delivering practical and engaging sessions grounded in real-world experience.
JENNIFER SHEPPARD-ASHBY
HR & COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Jen brings over 20 years of experience in people development and HR support, with a strong focus on helping individuals grow and succeed. She is passionate about creating supportive environments where people can thrive in their roles, building confidence, capability and long-term development across teams and organisations.
